Preparing for corporate Worship  -  Sunday, May 26, 2024
Services at 9:30 AM and 11:30 AM

Dear Friends,

Next Lord's day Anthony Sato
will bring the Word of the Lord for the AM service at 9:30 and Rev. Miller will preach the PM service at 11:30 AM (holiday weekend schedule)

Summer has sprung early! If you enjoy warm weather, be thankful! Each day we have is a gift from the Giver of good gifts. May the Lord be praised.

We can praise Him together on the Lord's day. I pray you have the opportunity and interest to come and worship the Lord God Almighty in His house.

Sunday morning we will rejoice in the baptism of A F I and be directed in our understanding of baptism from Isaiah 44.1-5. We should have great joy from God's mercies and direction about the Christian life from His Word.

--------------

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 44.1-5
Text: Isaiah 44.1-5
Message: “Baptism is A Beginning”

------------------------------

Sunday evening it will be Genesis chapter 3. Genesis is such an important book for our understanding of all things - God, man, covenant, grace, but also sin. Genesis 3 will direct us - with help from Lord's day 3 of the Catechism - to properly value the weighty impact of sin. Come Sunday night as we explore the incredibly important details of Genesis chapter 3.

Please continue in prayer for Bob S as he is home recovering from shoulder surgery.

May the Lord receive the honor and glory from everything we do.

May the Lord richly bless each of you as you prepare for the Lord's day.

--------------

I pray you have had a good week. It will be a joy and blessing to see each other Sunday in the house of the Lord.

Please be much in prayer for worship on the Lord's day

May the Lord grant us a rich answer to our prayers for a joyful and helpful Lord's day in His glorious presence.

Let's together seek God's face in prayer for our two worship services this Lord's day.

---------------
There is no better place to be on Sunday!

I pray you have great joy today as you walk in the light of His life.
